I have had herpes on my buttocks for 20 years but recently got vulvodynia and now have herpes on my vagina. The herpes lives in the nerve ganglia, and has obviously traveled from the buttocks to the vagina – Yes? Haven’t read anything re vulvodynia on your site.

Should i add prunella to my diet also, how leveraging is it? Do you know anything about the Lysine with b6(ayruavedic herb for women)is this safer somehow than just regular lysine? Also how does msm, glucose and chondrotin 800mg help with this disese, is iot worth taking? I bought your ebook and donot remember that. I cant get to my book on email until my husband returns from the slope because its frozen up and my adobe reader is not working meanwhile i am on the verge of another break out which would be the 2nd one ever but in the same month, so could use some advice am so far keeping things at bay and the predomes have lessoned but still there just milder and i go to sleep with an ice pack between my legs for a little while really helps!THIS commit is an add on to the one i just sent 15 minutes ago.
Nathalie Says:
I do not use prunella and certainly not internally so it is hard to comment on this based on experience. A prunella vulgaris extract has been found to be helpful when included in a cream and used topically on mice. If you have bought my book, please contact me with your receipt number at our support system and I will reply to you personally.

i am a gay male with genital herpes for the past 2 years. have had 3 outbreaks and usually know its coming. how long should i avoid sex during this time?
when no outbreak is present can my partner get herpes by gving me oral sex or contract herpes just by being naked with me during foreplay?
Nathalie Says: Hello,
It seems you have developed a good awareness of your body and symptoms. This is something I recommend every one do. It makes a HUGE difference in your chances to transmit herpes to someone.
To the first question, I would say at least 4 days and seven is better. Also, buy a magnifying mirror and check you genital and anal area, buttocks and anywhere you have seen herpes in the past for micro-cuts or anything that could look like herpes symptoms before having intercourse.
To the second question is Yes, herpes can be transmitted without sexual intercourse just from skin-to-skin contact. However, for this to occur herpes has to be present on the skin. Also your likeliness to transmit oral herpes to your partner during oral sex depends mostly on which type of herpes you have 1 or 2. HSV-2 oral herpes is very rare and hardly ever causes symptoms. HSV-1 on the contrary is most virulent in the oral/mouth area. Of course avoid contact with the eyes.

Hi, I’m from Brazil. I’d like to thank you about the important informations you post here. In Brazil it’s just so difficult to get some trust informations. I’d like to get the book, but it’s still kind of expensive for me because of the mail costs. But i’m saving some money… I want to know better about the herbs because here it’s so easy to find different kinds of plants.
Thank you!
Nathalie Foy says: you can get the book as an electronic book or PDF document from my website so you don’t have to save for delivery costs. Indeed in Brazil you have plants like Pao d’arco or Sangre de Grado that can help either internally or externally so you’re very lucky.

Talking to this guy I met for 3 weeks nnow..haven’t met in person..he lives in another state. Things are getting serious. He will be visiting in about 2 weeks…..Nervous about having the talk .first one since finding….would it be better to tell before or during visit…any thoughts/suggestions.
Nathalie Says :
If it is the first time you meet him in person why would you tell him? I think it is best for you to get to know him first and check if he is the same as on the phone or the Internet. People are often different when you have them in front of you. If you intend to sleep with him right away, it is your choice but I would advise against it. People with herpes often forget that there is much worse than herpes and that having herpes puts them at greater risks than others to catch AIDS. I think it is best you go and visit him first and get to know him better. I would also check if he didn’t have a hidden girlfriend somewhere. I’m mentioning this because you said you were in a long-distance relationship.
When you feel he is really interested in you, you can then decide to tell him. I realized I had herpes after meeting my husband. I told him and he didn’t leave. I think he was really in love. Why would you disclose that to someone if you don’t feel they are not into you? Protect and take care of yourself. Herpes doesn’t make you a lesser person.

I am into natural remedies…i refuse to take a medication everyday for the rest of my life. when i first got herpes and went to the doctor he put me on valtrex. very expensive and gave me a heavy period. i researched vitamins to take for herpes and since i have been taking them daily all i get is a very small outbreak right before my period, maybe 2 lesions. I’m hoping the longer i take these vitamins the less it will be. my first outbreak was so bad i couldn’t sit or wipe myself. so the few i get now monthly isn’t that bad. I had my first outbreak in september. I take about 19 different herbs and vitamins a day, it’s rediculous but it keeps me healthy in general anyway and boosts my immune system too. here’s what i take…goldenseal root, cat’s claw, red marine algae, lysine, hyssop, astragalus, vitamin b12, lemon balm, vitamins A,C,E, coq10, folic acid, zinc, st. john’s wort, echinacea, eleuthero root, green white and black tea complex, thyme, olive leaf extract, and prunella. Swanson has the cheapest vitamins and herbs. http://www.swansonvitamins.com
the only one they don’t have is prunella which is one of the most important ones to take. that is the only one i got on another website. there is NO WAY IN HELL I am getting sick this winter or ever again with this crazy vitamin regimin!!!
Nathalie says:
Thank you Krista. I think you are overdoing it a bit but most of the remedies you present here are relevant and effective when properly combined. Lysine can have detrimental long-term side-effects and I have been one of the first people not to recommend the long-term use of Lysine. Now several therapists have followed and advised against it as well. I never loose a chance to say it.

Regarding your poll about using Herpes in your email. It’s not necessary, because your name for those of us who frequent your site and seek your advice is synonymous with Herpes. I know if I see Foy, it’s about herpes. No need to mention herpes in case I have someone looking over my shoulder when I’m polling email, like my kids. I’m sure asked that way, others would agree. Thanks for your work. Keep it up.
Nathalie says:
Thank you for your explanation. I deleted the word herpes from the newsletter and changed my reply address to include Nathalie Foy in it.

hello,
thanks to Nathalie for some great tips.
I’ve had herpes for about 17 years. Prior to reading her book, I would have an outbreak about once a month or every other month.
now, I take daily Lysine 1000mg with Vitamin B6, Shatavari (ayruavedic herb for women), and Joint support with MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin 800mg.
I haven’t had an outbreak all year!!!
The other lifestyle changes include less
stress and healthy diet.

hi,
I’m brazilian and for more than 30 years have hsv. I had very little ocurences. My secret: Adeforte. It’s a vitamnin complex (A, D and E), taked once a month. The last four years I had just one ocurrence. Since that I used the zapper. It’s eletronic therapy of low current.
Try to know more about Hulda Clark and zapper. This is the best way. No secrets, no medicaments, no pain, no cost!
