Nathalie Says: Epsom salts are not salt but mostly magnesium sulphate. They can be really helpful but you must also make your bath quite hot.

great bath idea with the salts, thanks!!! please turn up the volume with your recordings? i can barely hear you with my speakers and volume turned to maximum (so the recordings must be low). thanks.
