I’m commenting on your comferene recording 1. Thank you for the imformative answers you gave. However, now I think I have more questions. For example, you answered a question about why a person has more outbreaks after her period: you said “theres a certain suppliment for that” but then you went on to another question! then you answered another question and said there is a herbal extract not sold in US but you didn’t mention the name if it and I would like to know the name because maybe I can find it online or have my european friends find it for me. You also talked about using essential oils you used–but you didn’t mention the name of the essential oil. You said also that garlic is a good thing to use and you said one must be very careful (I know it can burn skin) but can you give suggestions of what to do so it won’t burn? Finally, you say don’t eat chocolate or sugar, etc, and especially not before menstruation, but I find that right before my period I CRAVE chocolate and chocolate ice cream in particular! and at any time I am stressed out or upset, the first thing I reach for, the thing that makes me feel better, is a coke or a chocolate bar. What can I do to feel better? outbreaks make me feel depressed- chocolate is the only thing that helps me cope.
thanks

Dear Smb,
I understand you’re frustrated that I don’t give all the details for free. I try and give an overview of what can be done and a lot of free advice. However, I hope you do understand that even though I love doing this and I will give more information soon, I have to make a difference to what I give for free and what I give to my book readers.
Once again, you do not have to go to Europe to find the products or the herbs you need. You have all you need in America.
As far as garlic is concerned, if you mash garlic or use garlic juice locally, you will burn your skin plain and simple.
Your craving symptoms before menstruation show that you may have a mild case of PMS. I know it is very hard not to surrender to chocolate craving. If you fix the PMS problem, you will solve the chocolate craving and make herpes prevention much easier.
Please don’t ask me which is the magical herb that will make all your PMS symptoms go away, herpes included. Hormonal balance is a complex subject. There isn’t one herb or remedy. There are several. Not all of them will help you even though all of them help alleviate PMS.
Let me give you a few tips now though. Reducing your sugar and soda intake is really important. I can’t lie about it even if you’ll hate me for saying it. If you must eat chocolate, take the high quality extra dark one (72% or more) preferably made with brown sugar. This should reduce your chocolate craving by half immediately but remember no milk chocolate at all. You should also take a good source of omega 3 and 6 like borage oil at least 15 days before menstruation.
