My wife and I are both infected with genital herpes. If I have sex with her while she is having a brakeout could that cause me to have a brakeout?.

      Alex.

Nathalie says: I don’t think it will cause you another outbreak but it can cause you to get outbreaks later on in a new spot. It is best you avoid sex when either of you is having an outbreak.
